Event Information

Thanks for visiting the home of the seventh Accessibility Camp Bay Area.

Join us online Saturday, May 22, from 11:00 AM until 3:30 PM Pacific Time as we extend the celebration of the 10th anniversary of Global Accessibility Awareness Day. Despite us moving online, camp will keep the same, informal atmosphere, where the goal is to network and interact around digital access and inclusion among the Bay Area tech community and beyond. Please be sure to register as camp attendance will be capped to make it possible for everyone to take part and network as has been the tradition when we have gathered at LinkedIn in San Francisco in-person.

To get a feel for what to expect, take a look at this year's list of talks.

Focusing on users with different disabilities, sessions can cover digital accessibility topics from the web (technical to tactical), desktop software, mobile apps, eLearning, online gaming, open source innovations, and everything in between.

Regardless of your level of knowledge, this event is for you. It will be a great opportunity for members of the design/development, usability, accessibility, other IT and end-users with disabilities communities to interact and learn from each other. We recommend you browse the Frequently Asked Questions, especially if you have never attended a participant-driven BarCamp/unconference before.
